My discs and pads came across from my previous MR2, however as you can see from the pics below they and the callipers were no longer in the best of condition. I looked into refurbed callipers and found a company called Bigg Red in the process. You send them your callipers, they refurb them and send them back looking like new! I really could not believe the difference or that these were the same components I had sent off. Absolutely incredible work.

The don’t look the best
Rusty!
The discs were taken from my old MR2 (EBC drilled and grooved)
Stuck Sliders
Lots of rust and these sliders aren’t sliding much at all
Greenstuff Pads
EBC Greenstuff pads were also taken from my previous MR2 – they’re actually not bad.

Plenty of material left

Slider Bolts
You can see that these are not lubed and that the rubbers are stuck
Break Lines Draining
The braided lines are still in good condition

The discs are definitely needing replaced.
