As is quite standard in MR2s of this age, the original seats are not looking the best. The drivers side bolster leather has worn through. I looked at options for repairing and having them reupholstered, but I have seen really good reviews for the MR2Heaven replacements so went with that option. I actually bought the seats in 2024 but haven’t got round to fitting until now.

I also purchased this set of spring loaded hog ring pliers – I recommend these, the spring loaded mechanism was incredibly useful!

Looking fresh! The remaining wrinkles should smooth out over time when I get it into the sunshine.
